Product Overview
L6981 is an easy to use synchronous monolithic step-down regulator. It is capable of delivering upto 1.5A DC to the load. The wide input voltage range makes the device suitable for a broad range of applications. It is available in low noise mode (LNM) version. LNM makes the switching frequency constant and minimizes the output voltage ripple for light-load operations, meeting the specification for low noise sensitive applications. The EN pin provides output enable/disable functionality. It is widely used in application such as designed for 24V buses industrial power systems, 24V battery powered equipment, decentralized intelligent nodes, sensors and always-on applications, low noise applications, smart meters, robot cleaner etc.
